today my friend and bridesmaid ashley was talking about a bachelorette party she went to last weekend. it sounded so fun and creative and spontaneous!
so far i haven't been involved in any local weddings, but if any of my friends were getting married in the area i would love to plan the bach-ette party in philadelphia! here are some things i'd plan:
1. karaoke @ yakitori boy. i went here to do japanese style karaoke a couple weeks ago & it was so so fun!
2. catch an independent chick flick at one of the ritz theaters. i've seen some movies at them before and i love the artsy feel. plus they're all downtown so that's awesome
3. listen to free jazz at penn's landing. it only happens in august, but that's ok...
4. eat somewhere delicious around south street. i had dinner at an afghani place sometime last year that was soooo yummy!
